Four Courses. Four Cocktails.
Empress 1908 Gin shaken with lemon juice and a homemade blackberry puree, topped with Prosecco. The pour transitions from deep indigo to a dark, haunting violet.
Mixed greens, candied pecans, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, ripe pears and a champagne vinaigrette.
A striking, moody variation on a classic martini. Empress 1908 Gin stirred with dry vermouth and earthy pickled beet brine, garnished with a deep red pickled beet sphere.
Linguine tossed in a light garlic-herb butter sauce, finished with fresh herbs, citrus and grilled shrimp.
A spellbinding blend of Empress Gin, orange liqueur, Lillet Blanc and fresh lemon juice, served in an absinthe-rinsed glass with clapped rosemary.
A tender filet served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with a rich, dark pomegranate-balsamic reduction.
An Empress Gin variation on an Old Fashioned using maple syrup and orange bitters, presented with a dramatic smoked effect.
