Lantern-lit, leather-clad, and quiet on purpose. A handful of seats, a serious bar program, and a painting of two riders disappearing into the Texas dusk.
"If you found this room, you were meant to."
Ghost Town sits behind an unmarked door at the back of the dining room. Inside: chesterfield booths, herringbone floors, candlelit tables, and a back bar stocked with rare bourbon, mezcal, and small-batch rye.
The bartenders take requests - tell them what you like, and they'll build you something you've never had. No phones on the bar. No bottle service. Just good drinks, good company, and the riders watching from the wall.
